TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT   

 

The following represents the travel Terms and Conditions with Women’s Golf and Travel Concierge and World Golf and Travel Concierge, further referred as (“WGTC”),

1. Accuracy

WGTC has taken all care to ensure published information and prices on our website www.womensgolfandtravel.com and/or brochures are accurate, however, if we identify an error or omission following publication, we will inform you before confirming your booking.

2. Tour Inclusions and quoted tour prices

All trip costs are based upon the specified services in your itinerary as per the “Inclusion” section. Please refer to the “Included” section of your personalized itinerary for detailed information regarding which services are included in your tour cost.

Quoted trip prices include extensive personalized planning and operational charges, and are based on current rates of exchange, tariffs and taxes as of the date of issuance of your itinerary. Prices are valid for the travel dates specified in your confirmed itinerary. 

3. Not Included

Unless otherwise specified in your detailed itinerary, flights, airport departure taxes, gratuities, laundry, alcoholic beverages, excess baggage charges, visa fees for visas obtained on arrival, travel insurance, tours indicated as optional or not specified in the itinerary, items of a personal nature, and any items not specifically listed as included, are not included in the package pricing.

4. Booking confirmation and payment terms

All bookings are subject to availability. It is only when a registration form and a deposit has been received from you that the booking is deemed to be confirmed. WGTC will acknowledge receipt of your booking request by email. Booking confirmation is subject to up to a 35% deposit payment of the total cost of the package. Our acceptance of your registration form accompanied by a deposit forms a contract between us, and the guest and/or and the group leader acting on behalf of all passengers in a defined party.

Full payment of the package is due minimally 60 days prior to arrival.

If your booking is made within 8 weeks of travel, we will require full and complete payment at the time of booking.

5. Booking changes or cancellations Changes:

In case you have to change any of the pre-confirmed services, number of persons in your group or transfer your booking to another person, the person who originally booked the trip must send us written notice by email.

Deposits and payments are non-refundable. Cancellations after the deposit(s) have been paid to WGTC, will result in loss of all deposit monies paid. Cancellations made after final balance has been paid to WGTC will result in loss of monies.

6. If we change or cancel your holiday changes:

It is highly unlikely that any changes will be made to your trip by WGTC however, if any changes do occur, are usually minor and without financial consequences. If a major change occurs in the itinerary, you will have the option of either i) accepting the change ii) purchasing another trip from us or iii) cancelling your trip.

WGTC reserves the right to cancel your trip if the minimum number of guests have not been met, however if we do, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a trip of comparable standard. On no account, will we cancel your trip within 60 days of departure other than for reasons of force majeure or in the event that payment is not received by the due date.

7. Travel insurance

WGTC recommends before traveling, you take out travel and medical insurance. Travel insurance quotes are available at https://wgtconcierge.com/ressources-tips/travel-insurance/

8. Passports, Visas and Documentation

All passports, visas and health documentation are your responsibility. If you are refused travel entry into a country because of documentary irregularities, WGTC cannot be held liable. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel.html

9. Descriptions

The descriptions of the hotels and golf courses and other aspects of your trip  are based on opinions gained on site visits and on the opinions of hotels themselves. WGTC is not always able to exercise control over all the components of the hotel and golf course arrangements and it is possible that an advertised amenity be withdrawn or changed due to various reasons such as water conservation, renovation work, etc. We will advise you if we become aware of a major change but we cannot accept liability for loss, damage or inconvenience in such circumstances.

10. Alterations of Arrangements

Should events beyond our control require it, WGTC reserves the right to alter or modify the itinerary without advance notice, to withdraw any trip component from your trip and/or to substitute a trip component of equal standard.

11. Tee times

Golf courses reserve the right to alter confirmed tee times. If the confirmed golf club cancels your reservation or changes your tee time, we will try to find a suitable alternative. You will be charged or refunded for any difference in the original cost. Such changes do not entitle you to cancel a trip that is part of a package.

Please also be aware that some golf courses may pair you up with other golfers during peak times.

“No shows” and non-used green fees. This will not entitle any player to a reimbursement in any of the golf course selected. Non-used green fees will not be refunded.

12. Course Conditions

WGTC is held responsible for the actual playing conditions of the golf courses whether caused by course maintenance, or weather conditions etc. Golf course closure due to bad weather conditions is at the discretion of the golf course.

13. Medical Certificates

In some cases medical certificates must be produced prior to play if the course is typically a walking course. We recommend you take a Medical Certificate with you to avoid any disappointment.

14. Acceptance of Terms

The payment of a deposit for any of our trips by the person or persons making such deposits shall be deemed to be an acceptance by each of them of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
