BROCHURE PRICES: All prices are in USD and are subject to change due to currency fluctuation and changes in duties, taxes, and government levies. Single golfer supplemental may apply.

DEPOSIT/PAYMENT: A non-refundable deposit is required when reservations are requested. Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, and check may make payments.

Domestic Golf Packages

Individual – A $1500 non-refundable deposit is due for domestic U.S. golf packages when reservations are requested unless otherwise specified. The final payment is due 90 days before departure.

Groups – A 25% non-refundable deposit per person is due for domestic U.S. golf packages when reservations are requested unless otherwise specified. The final payment is due 90 days before departure unless otherwise stated.

International Golf Packages

Individual – $2000.00 non-refundable deposit unless otherwise specified. Full payment is due 90 days before departure unless otherwise stated.

Groups – A 25% or $2500.00, whichever is greater, non-refundable deposit per person is due for international golf packages at the time reservations are requested unless otherwise specified. The final payment is due 60 days before departure unless otherwise stated.

Tournaments, Special Events, Group Travel Specific deposits, payment schedules, and cancellation policies may differ according to the venue. Deposits are non-refundable due to the nature of the forum and third-party vendors requiring funds to reserve hotel reservations, tee times, etc., for a specific date (s) and a number of guests.

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to WGTC and are subject to the following per-person cancellation charges:

Domestic / International Group Destinations – Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless a replacement guest has been identified and the new guest has made a deposit and payments. When one party member cancels, it may affect the total package price for the remaining members.
Tournaments / Special Events – Special venues and tournaments deposits and payments are non-refundable unless you can identify a replacement. Upon the amount of a new promise and charges being made equivalent to what the canceled guest has completed, you will receive a full refund.
Group Travel – Deposits are non-refundable. If the group trip is canceled due to the minimum number of guests not meeting the required amount, all guests will receive their total deposits within 30 days of notice by WGTC.
We understand things come up that can affect your travel. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to WGTC and are subject to the following terms: A replacement guest, fully registered and paid up to date, is required to receive a refund, less a processing fee of $75.00.
Please note: When one guest of a party cancels, it may affect the remaining guests’ total package price and the cost of the package in a double occupancy situation.

CHANGES: Any customer-initiated changes (dates, names, courses, tee times, etc.) requested after the time of booking may result in a change fee plus any applicable increase in price.

Individual – Domestic U.S. packages: $25.00 per change. International packages: $50.00 per change. Groups – Domestic U.S.: $50.00 per change. International: $75.00 per change up until 60 days before travel.

All golf packages will be re-priced when the changes are made, which may result in a price different from the original price. Less than 45 days before travel, changes cannot be made without the approval of WGTC. We cannot accommodate changes to a confirmed itinerary after mailing travel documents (approximately seven days before domestic travel or 21 days before international travel). Depending on individual course policy, changes to the names of golfers may incur a fee for the differences in terms.

REFUNDS: Any refunds due for cancellations by the company will be issued within 60 days.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Passports are required for U.S. citizens when traveling to most international destinations. Passports should be valid for six months upon entry into the country. Visas may also be necessary for some goals; please enquire for more information.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents will be delivered at least 14 days before departure for domestic travel and 21 days before international travel. Under no circumstances will WGTC release documents without full payment.

AIR TRAVEL: Air travel is not included in your Golf Package(s). Air travel and transportation to your destination are your responsibility.

LOST VOUCHERS: WGTC assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, or stolen tickets/vouchers. If required, a replacement set of coupons will be sent via overnight mail for a charge of $25.00 per delivery (to U.S. addresses only). The passenger is responsible for any cost associated with the subsequent use of lost or stolen vouchers.

RESPONSIBILITY: WGTC, Charlotte, North Carolina, acts solely as an independent contractor licensee and not as an agent, employee, partner, or joint venture of any entity. WGTC acts on behalf of the customer and is not liable for any losses or breaches of contract or any omissions or careless actions on the part of suppliers that may result in any damage, loss, injury, or irregularity to any customers for tours arranged by WGTC. In the absence of gross negligence on their part, WGTC shall not be responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage, delayed departure, missed carrier connections, lost or damaged luggage, the substitution of service, changes in fares, schedules, or rates by any transportation carrier, hotel, resort or golf course, cancellation, double booking, missed reservations or lost tickets beyond its control. Furthermore, WGTC is not now, and shall not become liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for any loss, injury, or damage caused by acts of God, actions of government or other entities, wars, pandemics, civil disturbances, hijacks, thefts, or any other circumstances beyond its control.

Tour participants should note that the suppliers/vendors providing accommodations or services are independent contractors, not agents or employees of WGTC.

The customer acknowledges these terms by embarking on their travel and voluntarily assumes all risks. All rates in this proposal are valid at the time presented but are subject to change at any time. The tour participant, individually and on behalf of the individual’s heirs, spouse, and beneficiaries, expressly waive any claims of any nature or descriptions against WGTC arising from, or in any way attributable to, golf packages in conjunction with WGTC golf vacation programs.

INSURANCE: You are responsible for, and we strongly recommend you obtain travel insurance to protect yourself to the extent possible. We do not carry and have no obligation to maintain insurance coverage to protect you. We do recommend you obtain a complimentary quote from USTII at 855-874- 0156.

ENTIRE CONTRACT: This is the complete, final, and exclusive binding contract between the parties relating to travel and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, both written and oral, and may not be amended or altered after your initial deposit has been made except in writing, signed by all parties.

SEVERABILITY: If any provision or portion of any provision is held unenforceable or invalid, the validity and enforceability of the enforceable part of any such conditions shall not be affected.

NOTICES: All notices and communications shall be in writing and shall be mailed first class, faxed, or emailed as follows:

If intended for you, at the address provided by you on booking or to such other address as may be designated by you in writing.
All notices, requests, consents, waivers, approvals, demands, and communications required or permitted under the Agreement must be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given upon earliest to occur of (a) when delivered personally by hand to the recipient, (b) when delivered by overnight courier (such as FedEx or UPS), (c) when transmitted by electronic mail with the receipt of such electronic mail being confirmed by telephone, or (d) via first class mail, no later than the business day following the transmission.

CAPTIONS: Captions are for convenience and reference only and shall not constitute a part of this contract or be given any substantive effect.

CONFIDENTIALITY: All information regarding the terms of this Agreement and any Addendum(s) shall be kept confidential. No confidential information of either party shall be disclosed to other parties without the other party’s written consent.

INDEMNIFICATION: To the fullest extent permitted by law, each of the parties shall indemnify, defend and hold the other party (and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, members, affiliates, and subsidiaries) harmless from and against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, whether direct, indirect or consequential, including but not limited to all fees of attorneys, court and arbitration costs (whether incurred in preparation for trial or arbitration, at trial or arbitration or on appeal in insolvency proceedings incurred by the indemnitee) as a result of or relating to a breach of any provision of this Agreement by the Indemnitor unless the indemnitee had explicitly approved the act or omission. This provision shall survive the duration of this Agreement.

GOVERNING LAW, DISPUTES, AND ARBITRATION: This contract shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of North Carolina, USA. Any dispute, controversy, claim, or complaint between the parties must be resolved by final and binding arbitration by the International Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association through its North Carolina Regional Office unless the parties mutually agree otherwise in writing. Reserving a package and sending the initial deposit is and shall constitute the acceptance and ratification of this contract by you.

EVENT OCCURRENCE AND FORCE MAJEURE: We provide hotel reservations, ground transportation, air travel is provided, and all services from third parties as a travel agent, and not as a principal. If the planned event is postponed, canceled, or relocated due to disaster, Covid, government action, acts of God, strikes or labor unrest (other than by our employees), riot or civil disorder, acts of terrorism, inclement weather, transportation strike, or another event beyond our control not anticipated or known by either you or by us at the time of the purchase of your package(s), our liability, if any, is and shall be limited to providing you with replacement hotel reservations and ground transfers to the next or rescheduled event, with price escalation and adjustment as necessitated by change of date(s), and we shall have no other and further liability to you. Likewise, in the event we arrange air travel or golf tee times we shall have no liability to you should the event not occur when and where scheduled and you choose not to use such purchased services.

By registering for a trip, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the payment terms of booking a journey with Women’s Golf and Travel.
